The Golden Trumpet Public School proudly marked a significant milestone with the formal launch of its official website on 27th March 2026 ( Friday) , an initiative aimed at enhancing communication, accessibility, and digital engagement. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Suvamoy Changder , Associate Professor , Department of Computer Science and Engineering, NIT Durgapur, who served as the Chief Guest for the occasion.
The programme commenced with a warm and gracious introduction and welcome address delivered by Arpita Basari Ma’am, who greeted the dignitaries, staff members, and attendees, setting a positive tone for the event.
This was followed by the Principal’s address, highlighting the importance of embracing digital platforms in modern education and emphasizing how the website would serve as a bridge between the school and its stakeholders.
A solemn and auspicious lamp lighting ceremony was then conducted, accompanied by the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra by Rina Ma’am, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. Further enriching the event, Swagata Mukherjee Ma’am recited a Vedic mantra as a prayer, invoking blessings for the success of the initiative.
The highlight of the programme was the formal launch of the school website, symbolized through a digital ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by Dr. Suvamoy Changder. This marked the official unveiling of the platform. Sayani Mitra Ghosh Ma’am, then, explained the various features of the website.
Following the launch, Dr. Changder conducted an insightful workshop on the use of Artificial Intelligence in Education. His session was highly informative and provided valuable perspectives on integrating AI tools into teaching and learning processes.
As a token of appreciation, Dr. Changder was felicitated by the Principal and members of the Management, including Mr. Gautam Debnath, Mr. Sunil Kumar Samanta, Mr. Ashish Roy, Mr. Uttam Kesh and of course, our very own, Chandra Biswas Ma’am, in recognition of his contribution and presence.
The event concluded on a successful note, marking a progressive step forward in the school’s journey towards digital advancement and innovation in education.
